The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Belo Café Limited, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. All winners must provide a valid ID before receiving their prize.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

The closing date for entry is 15/12/2024 at 11:59 pm (GMT). After this date, no further entries will be accepted. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

Rules of the Competition:

Entrants must complete the entry form available on the giveaway page by providing their name, email address, and phone number.

The prizes are as follows:

• (1) Premium HARRODS Ground Coffee 250g

• (1) Enamel Red Coffee Mug

• (1) Mini Coffee Filter Station

The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

The winners will be randomly selected by software from all entries received and verified by the promoter.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

If a winner is contacted and is unaware of the giveaway, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry.

The promoter will notify winners of when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.

The promoter’s decision on all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as the storage and use of their details for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Any personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available upon request within 28 days after the closing date by contacting hello@belocafe.com.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Belo Café Limited reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these terms or who submit fraudulent or invalid entries.
